The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
What’s it all about?
You will be responsible for the organization and coordination of our customer trainings (e.g. managing registrations, booking venues and hotels, supporting trainers, etc).
You will have direct liaison with OMICRON trainers (internationally).
You will coordinate the preparation of the documentation and the booking of the equipment from CEU.
You will communicate with our training participants and customers for customized training.
You will support the regional team with training planning and scheduling.
You will be responsible for training data in our CRM customer database (data entry and maintenance).
What are we looking for?
- You have successfully completed your commercial education.
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy the interaction with customers.
- You have an independent and service-oriented way of working; commitment and team spirit are among your strengths.
- You possess strong organizational skills.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; experience in the use of CRM and ERP would be of advantage.
- You have an excellent command of English; any other language is a plus.
