Are you an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Estimator with 1 to 3 years of experience, eager to take the next step in your career? Our client, a dynamic and innovative company in the construction industry, is seeking a motivated individual to join their team in Glasgow.
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Support the estimating process across a range of projects across Highways, Bridges, Civils, Infrastructure, Drainage and Water
- Assist with detailed cost estimates and review plans/specifications
- Maintain estimating databases working closely with the Cost Engineer
- Collaborate with project managers and wider teams in a fast-paced environment
Experience & Skills:
- 1-3 years' experience in an estimating or similar role
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with estimating software (nice to have, not essential)
