Its a key role within a small, high-performing finance team where youll take ownership of the end-to-end credit control function. This is a hands-on position where your day-to-day will involve managing a high volume of customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, resolving queries efficiently, and maintaining accurate records of debtor activity. With over 5,000 transactions a month, your ability to stay organised, proactive, and persistent will be essential. Youll excel in this role if you have solid experience in credit control or collections within a fast-paced finance function. The ideal candidate will be confident in building relationships with customers, skilled at negotiating payment plans, and capable of reducing aged debt while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach. This business is in the process of enhancing its finance systems and processes, so youll also have the opportunity to contribute ideas and help shape improvements as they continue modernising their operations. This job offers hybrid working three days in the office and two from home, following an initial training period.
