We’re looking for a highly capable Video Producer to join our Brand Experience team—someone who can operate across the full production lifecycle, from concept through to capture, edit, and delivery. This is a hybrid role for a maker: equally comfortable behind the camera, in the edit suite, and running live or streamed environments.

You’ll play a key role in how our brand shows up through motion—creating content that is fast, flexible, and built for modern platforms, while also delivering high-quality production for events, campaigns, and thought leadership moments.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end video production across events, content, and internal/external communications
  • Shoot high-quality video across a range of environments (studio, on-location, live events)
  • Edit content for multiple formats and platforms, from short-form social to long-form storytelling
  • Plan and execute live and streamed productions, including multi-camera setups where required
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and marketing teams to translate ideas into compelling video content
  • Ensure all output aligns with brand standards and delivers against business objectives
  • Manage production logistics including equipment, timelines, and workflows
  • Stay ahead of evolving video formats, tools, and technologies

About You

  • Experience in video production, with a strong portfolio of work
  • Proven ability to shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality video independently
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent editing software)
  • Strong working knowledge of camera systems, lighting, and audio capture
  • Hands-on experience with live streaming and broadcast workflows (e.g., OBS, vMix, or similar)
  • Understanding of multi-camera production, switching, and live event environments
  • Strong storytelling instincts and an eye for composition, pacing, and detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver at pace
  • Motion graphics experience (After Effects)
  • Experience working within a corporate or B2B environment
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms (YouTube Live, LinkedIn Live, etc.)
  • Experience supporting large-scale events, panels, or hybrid experiences

How You Work

  • You’re hands-on and solutions-oriented—comfortable owning production from start to finish
  • You bring technical confidence and creative judgment in equal measure
  • You stay calm under pressure, especially in live environments
  • You collaborate easily across teams and disciplines
  • You focus on delivering work that is both high-quality and fit for purpose
