This role is responsible for applying specialist digital marketing and media expertise to deliver measurable business outcomes across performance channels. The position leads day-to-day team activities within a defined area, ensuring effective execution, task completion, and coordination with other supervisors while contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency.
The role combines hands-on execution with leadership responsibilities, using data, established best practices, and professional judgment to solve complex, non-routine challenges and support project delivery. It oversees and optimises digital performance across Search (paid and organic), Social, Programmatic, Addressable Media, and E-commerce platforms to increase visibility, engagement, conversion, and return on investment.
A key focus is developing and executing data-driven media strategies, leveraging audience insights, performance data, and real-time analytics to optimise targeting, bidding, budget allocation, and media activation. The role continuously evaluates and refines digital performance across the full customer funnel, ensuring efficient media spend and improved business results within a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily activities of team members within a specialist area.
- Deliver and optimise digital media campaigns across Search, Social, Programmatic, Addressable, and E-commerce channels.
- Apply technical expertise to solve complex problems and improve processes.
- Develop data-driven strategies that drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Analyse performance data and audience signals to optimise media investment and activation.
- Manage bidding, targeting, budget allocation, and programmatic buying strategies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and supervisors to ensure successful project delivery.
- Continuously improve performance across the full marketing funnel through testing, learning, and optimisation.
