OMG Education is seeking a dedicated mentor to support students aged 11–18 with complex SEND.

The role focuses on emotional regulation, resilience, and behaviour support within a nurturing, trauma‑informed environment.

You will work 1:1 or in small groups to model regulation techniques, plan targeted interventions, and log progress in behavioural tracking systems.

A safeguarding‑driven mindset is essential.
