While you will be responsible for managing your own compliance requirements, you will receive support from the team when bandwidth allows, ensuring that compliance does not slow down your success.
Responsibilities:- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging candidates to successful placements.
- Building and expanding your own client base by developing strong relationships with schools and education providers.
- Specialising in either mainstream education or SEND recruitment, with the option to expand into other verticals.
- Handling your own compliance requirements, ensuring all candidates meet safeguarding and regulatory standards, with team support available when needed.
- Driving business growth through client development, market mapping, and strategic recruitment planning.
- Managing your own desk with full control over your approach, sector focus, and geographical reach.
- Identifying opportunities in the market and acting on them to stay ahead of competitors.
- Implementing creative sourcing and attraction strategies to ensure a pipeline of top-quality candidates.
- Proven experience in recruitment or strong sales/business development backgrounds (education recruitment experience is a plus but not essential).
