Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT graduate to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining digital data collection forms using the Ermeo platform to support field operations and improve data accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operational teams to understand data collection needs and workflows.
- Design and configure digital forms and workflows using the Ermeo platform.
- Ensure forms are user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and aligned with business requirements.
- Test and validate forms before deployment to ensure functionality and data integrity.
- Provide training and support to end-users on how to use the forms and the Ermeo mobile app.
- Monitor form usage and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Document form structures, logic, and updates for internal reference.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline data collection processes.
Requirements:
