Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, high-value projects to successful completion.
- Ensure project deliverables meet business goals and maintain quality standards.
- Oversee project budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and communications.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor project teams.
- Ensure adherence to standard project management methodologies and organisational policies.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience managing complex, high-risk, or large-scale projects.
- Proven track record in delivering complex projects, involving multiple suppliers, cross-discipline teams, and significant financial budgets.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor project teams.
- Strong analytical and planning skills to drive business value.
- Excellent verbal/written skills to manage relationships with senior stakeholders and suppliers.
- Experience in proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Proven experience in budget management and benefits realisation.
- Personal integrity, resilience and the robustness needed to operate in a fast-changing contracting environment.
