What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and maintain expertise in HTML and email clients, ensuring best practices for consistent and beautiful rendering across all platforms.
- Provide client support, answering questions about template usage, builder functionality, and email client rendering.
- Build email templates for clients, utilising data and the Jinja framework for personalised content.
- Own client communications, providing clear guidance and timely responses.
- Plan and manage your workload, scheduling tasks and communicating deadlines with clients.

- Experience in a Creative Developer / HTML role.
- Enthusiasm for email design and industry developments.
- Excellent communication skills, able to speak authoritatively with diverse stakeholders.
