OMERS Ventures is seeking an Associate, AI Enablement & Adoption to accelerate AI fluency across the corporate office. You will act as the visible AI resource, coaching employees in using Copilot, Gemini and Claude, with emphasis on practical, plain-language guidance.

In this hybrid role, you will deliver lightweight training, monitor adoption, and ensure responsible AI use in line with governance policies, helping teams apply AI to daily work—from drafting emails to meeting summaries.
