Working within a small, relatively flat team, you will gain direct exposure to senior investment professionals and live transactions from an early stage. Key responsibilities will include the evaluation of real estate investment and development / leasing opportunities, market research, and supporting all asset classes and regional teams on transaction executions. **You Will Be Responsible For:*** Financial analysis of a wide range of real estate transactions, including Excel-based modelling of real estate cash flows and research to support key underwriting assumptions* Evaluation and interpretation of real estate, economic and public company data, including financial statements, to conduct valuation and operational benchmarking* Preparation of documents for internal and external purposes, including assembly of investment committee memos, strategy papers and presentations to partners* Supporting the ongoing management of the existing portfolio alongside the investment team **The Person**You will be a penultimate-year student, i.e. with one further year of study remaining after the internship (whether the final year of an undergraduate / postgraduate degree, or having completed an undergraduate degree with a place secured for a one-year postgraduate degree).
