OMERIA is seeking a Business Development & Strategy Associate to support the firm’s commercial development activities, with a primary focus on the UK (London) and selected international markets. Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of OMERIA’s business development strategy across the UK and priority international markets
- Conduct market, sector, regulatory, and client research to identify relevant opportunities and targets
- Assist in the preparation of client materials, proposals, and commercial presentations
- Support relationship management with founders, senior executives, investors, and partners
- Maintain a structured commercial pipeline and track active opportunities
- Monitor regulatory, market, and competitive developments relevant to OMERIA’s activities
- Participate in meetings and calls alongside senior partners
Profile & Experience
- Undergraduate or Master’s degree from a recognised academic institution
- 2–5 years of full-time professional experience in strategy consulting, private equity, investment advisory, corporate development, or a closely related field
- Experience supporting growth strategy, transactions, or investor-facing work is preferred
- Ability to work effectively within small, senior teams, and to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to own defined workstreams within broader commercial or strategic initiatives
