About Omendon (Ex- Nordic Gulf Partners) Omendon is a UAE-based Go-To-Market & Expansion platform helping European companies enter high-growth markets in the Gulf, with a turnkey model. We build sales channels, distribution partnerships, and joint ventures in the UAE — without the need for our clients to travel to UAE, or to set up local entities or teams. We work with companies across construction, tech, traveling & tourism, manufacturing, industrial tech, B2B & B2C products, clean tech, healthtech, HVAC, and advanced materials.

The Opportunity We are now expanding into the UK market and are looking for a Country Lead / Strategic Partner to build Omendon’s UK presence. This is not a traditional employment role. This is a business partnership with revenue share and long-term upside. You will be responsible for building strategic partnerships in the UK, and a pipeline of UK-based companies that want to expand into the UAE and wider GCC — and for structuring expansion deals using Omendon’s platform and partner network.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Act as Omendon’s UK Country Lead
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of UK companies interested in UAE expansion
  • Leverage your existing network (founders, CEOs, investors, advisors)
  • Lead client conversations and close commercial agreements
  • Structure revenue share, distribution, and JV models together with Omendon
  • Build the foundation for Omendon’s UK operational presence
  • Report directly to Omendon leadership

Important: Omendon handles execution, partners, distributors, and UAE operations. Your focus is deal origination, relationship building, team building and closing.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Strong existing network in the UK business ecosystem
  • Background in consulting, business development, investment, scale-ups, or international expansion
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with performance-based compensation
  • Experience working with founders, SMEs, or growth-stage companies
  • Comfortable operating at C-level and board level
