Join our Team! We’re hiring a proactive and fast-paced Recruiter who can work with both technical and non-technical roles, values structure and automation, and is not afraid to implement new tools. This role is for someone who can maintain momentum, think systemically, and efficiently switch between tasks without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in recruiting
  • Experience closing both tech and non-tech positions
  • Ability to work with ATS systems and maintain a database of candidates
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
  • Learns quickly and is interested in new approaches in recruiting
  • Able to set priorities and efficiently switch between tasks
  • Works in a structured and systematic way
  • Prefers automation over manual routine
  • Communicates effectively with various stakeholders

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a recruitment agency or outsourcing company
  • Experience in the creative industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full recruitment cycle: from briefing with the hiring manager to offer stage
  • Closing both technical and non-technical roles
  • Active sourcing and building candidate pipelines
  • Working with recruitment process automation
  • Using AI tools to increase speed and quality of hiring
  • Prioritising tasks according to business needs
  • Managing multiple vacancies simultaneously with varying levels of complexity
  • Recruitment analytics and working with hiring metrics
