Omega are supporting a leading facilities management provider in the recruitment of an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join the team to work on a leading supermarket contract at their distribution sites. The role will involve maintaining and repairing a range of electrical, mechanical plant and equipment at distribution sites, undertaking regular reactive, PPMs and minor repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Prioritise maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times.
  • Deliver reactive and planned fire alarm system maintenance.
  • Advise the on-site customer (manager) of any repair and maintenance issues that are likely to affect the smooth running of the site.

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (On call every second week)

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3/City and Guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 or equivalent in electrical installation or maintenance.

  • ~£40,111.36 per annum basic + overtime.
  • ~ OT paid at 1.5x Mon - Fri / 2x Sat-Sun.

Candidates who are currently a Mobile Maintenance Electrician, Building Services Engineer, Commercial Electrician, or Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer may be suitable for this position.
