We are seeking an experienced Product Engineering professional to join a prominent aerospace engineering business for a 6 month contract to support growth. You will be responsible for resolving complex issues related to the design, assembly, and testing processes of production hardware, predominantly centered around hydraulics.
- Writing or maintaining Assembly Instructions and Production Worksheets.
- Developing mitigation actions identified in PFMEA.
- Identifying tooling requirements needed in assembly and test environment.
- Analyse production data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support product and process changes.
- Conduct GD&T analysis of assemblies and components for non-conforming parts.
Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Core experience in Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Flow Diagrams.
