Omega are supporting a growing and highly successful building services organisation in their search for an experienced Small Works Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple construction and refurbishment projects valued up to £150,000 across a diverse range of environments including schools, offices, industrial warehouses, retail premises and specialist racking installations. This role requires a strong project management professional with a building fabric background, capable of overseeing planning, financial management and project delivery from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple small works projects with values up to £150,000 from initial planning through to successful completion.
  • Coordinate works across a range of sectors including education, commercial offices, retail environments, industrial facilities and racking installations.
  • Develop project programmes, allocate resources and ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project costs, maintain financial controls and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the engineering and delivery teams to ensure labour and resources are effectively planned.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring a high standard of service throughout project delivery.
