A great opportunity to join a successful manufacturing business located near Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspection Manager to lead a team of General Inspectors and CMM Programmer/Inspectors within our aerospace manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance and technical capability while maintaining effective management of the inspection function, ensuring inspection workload is prioritised and completed within planned lead times.
The successful candidate will take ownership of inspection methods, CMM capability, calibration, continuous improvement, and team performance and development working closely with Production, Engineering, Planning and Quality.
