My client, a global leader in the aerospace and defence industry, is on the hunt for a Quality Engineer to join the team! In this role, you will be responsible for all quality engineering activities in support of the ongoing production programs throughout the business.
- Develop a solid understanding of specific Quality requirements to ensure that all Customer expectations are met at all times.
- Conduct Quality audits in support of the ongoing Quality audit program as required.
- Ensure First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation supporting specific products.
- Plan, lead and execute Quality investigations as required using RRCA, 8D and other techniques to effectively analyse problem root cause and prevent recurrence.
Requirements:
- Sufficient experience within a quality engineering environment specifically Aerospace Quality.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience of developing key relationships internally and externally to achieve quality necessary for the customer.
