My client, a specialist assembly and manufacturing business, is on the hunt for an experienced HSE Manager to join the team!

Role and Responsibilities – HSE Manager

  • Establishing, implementing and overseeing all safe working practices across two manufacturing facilities.
  • Understanding industry best practices and acting as a champion across the business for HSE management.
  • Development of an effective and robust Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
  • Ownership and continual development of Risk Assessments, COSHH management, Environmental Permitting, Incident Control and Emergency Preparedness procedures.
  • Identification of training requirements and delivering of training regarding Health, Safety and the Environment.

Experience or Qualifications – HSE Manager

  • NEBOSH diploma qualified or equivalent preferential.
  • Extensive experience in leading HSE initiatives or teams with a proven record of effective change management (ideally in a standalone position).
