My client, a specialist assembly and manufacturing business, is on the hunt for an experienced HSE Manager to join the team!
Role and Responsibilities – HSE Manager
- Establishing, implementing and overseeing all safe working practices across two manufacturing facilities.
- Continually working to understand industry best practices and acting as a champion across the business for HSE management.
- Development of an effective and robust Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
- Ownership and continual development of Risk Assessments, COSHH management, Environmental Permitting, Incident Control and Emergency Preparedness procedures.
- Identification of training requirements and delivering of training regarding Health, Safety and the Environment.
Experience or Qualifications – HSE Manager
- NEBOSH diploma qualified or equivalent preferential.
- Extensive experience in leading HSE initiatives or teams with a proven record of effective change management (ideally in a standalone position).
