My client, a specialist engineering / manufacturing equipment supplier, is looking for a dedicated and talented HR Manager!

Role and Responsibilities – HR Manager

  • Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries and provide guidance and support to other managers within the business.
  • Oversee company learning and development processes including maintaining training plans, skills matrices whilst monitoring training delivery and effectiveness.
  • Develop, implement and continually improve HR policies and procedures, in line with Company goals as well as modernising the employee handbook.
  • Ensure the Company remains compliant with relevant legislation and best practice and provide expert guidance to the business in HR matters.

Experience or Qualifications – HR Manager

  • Proven record of development and implementation of successful HR strategies and processes.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or above.
  • A skilled, analytical thinker to critically assess requirements, providing value added β€˜best fit’ options & solutions to meet the organisational HR needs.
  • Experience of working within a manufacturing or engineering sector is desired.
