My client, a specialist engineering / manufacturing equipment supplier, is looking for a dedicated and talented HR Manager!
Role and Responsibilities β HR Manager
- Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries and provide guidance and support to other managers within the business.
- Oversee company learning and development processes including maintaining training plans, skills matrices whilst monitoring training delivery and effectiveness.
- Develop, implement and continually improve HR policies and procedures, in line with Company goals as well as modernising the employee handbook.
- Ensure the Company remains compliant with relevant legislation and best practice and provide expert guidance to the business in HR matters.
Experience or Qualifications β HR Manager
- Proven record of development and implementation of successful HR strategies and processes.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or above.
- A skilled, analytical thinker to critically assess requirements, providing value added βbest fitβ options & solutions to meet the organisational HR needs.
- Experience of working within a manufacturing or engineering sector is desired.
