Reporting to the Human Resources Leadership Team, the HR Transformation Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the organisation's human resources transformation agenda and support the successful delivery of a major SAP-enabled Hire to Retire transformation. The HR Transformation Lead shall influence how people processes work across recruitment, onboarding, talent, performance, development, employee information, analytics, time and attendance, and payroll. Bringing together business priorities, SAP capabilities and external best practice to create a realistic, value-led transformation roadmap and prepare the organisation for successful delivery.
Duties β HR Transformation Lead
- Lead the assessment and analysis of existing HR processes, systems, data assets and operating models across the employee lifecycle.
- Identify operational inefficiencies, control weaknesses, manual activities and opportunities to improve service delivery and employee experience.
- Review and evaluate recommendations from consulting partners and subject matter experts, ensuring proposed solutions align with organisational objectives and strategic priorities.
- Coordinate activities across HR functions, business stakeholders and external suppliers to maintain alignment and momentum throughout the discovery phase.
- Ensure outputs from multiple workstreams are integrated into a clear and cohesive transformation vision and implementation approach.
- Provide expertise across key HR disciplines, including workforce administration, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, learning and development, performance management, workforce analytics, time management and payroll.
- Drive the design of future-state processes that leverage SAP and SuccessFactors best practices while minimising unnecessary complexity and system customisation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, increase standardisation, automate manual activities and improve the use and quality of workforce data.
- Define the target HR operating model and create a phased transformation plan that balances strategic objectives with achievable business outcomes.
- Produce high-level implementation, resource and budget plans to support programme mobilisation and delivery readiness.
Experience/Qualifications β HR Transformation Lead
- Demonstrated success leading assessment, planning and roadmap development activities within large-scale HR transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes, including payroll, workforce administration, talent management and employee services.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP HR solutions, including SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors, and how they support integrated people processes.
- Experience working with, managing and constructively challenging major consulting firms, systems integrators and third-party advisory partners.
