Reporting to the IT Director, the SAP Integration Specialist (FICO) shall support SAP Finance processes, systems integration, and operational stability across a multi-country environment. As a Functional Specialist, your role is to drive the design and deployment of SAP based solutions for your functional area of expertise (FICO). This role is suited to a hands-on SAP professional with strong FI/CO expertise, proven experience in SAP integration, and the ability to connect business key users, functional teams, technical developers, and external support providers to deliver reliable, business-focused solutions.
Duties – SAP Integration Specialist (FICO)
- Support SAP deployments and ensure effective transition from project phases into support operations.
- Manage SAP Finance integration with other systems, including setup, monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Analyze business and system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate timely corrective actions.
- Help prevent SAP-related problems.
