Main Duties:
- Support bid / no-bid decisions through commercial and contractual analysis
- Review and develop responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs)
- Manage contracts across the full lifecycle, ensuring compliance with commercial and customer requirements
- Conduct detailed contract risk reviews and implement mitigation strategies
- Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions, and contractual agreements
- Handle complex customer correspondence, including claims and disputes
- Administer major contracts, tracking performance, delivery schedules, and obligations
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and change control records
- Support programme planning and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Monitor performance and proactively recommend commercial and contractual improvements
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members
The Ideal Candidate:
- Degree qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working within contracts, commercial, or programme environments
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management
- Proven experience in contract negotiation and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage complex commercial agreements
