My client is on the lookout for an experienced FM/Building Services Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the commercial success of a fast-paced, multi-discipline FM environment, ensuring cost-effective delivery of services across a varied and dynamic portfolio.

As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the financial performance of contracts, providing robust cost control, accurate forecasting, and commercial insight to support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities – Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

  • Working with Key Stakeholders and Category Managers on the commercial lifecycle of FM contracts, from tender stage through to final account
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure value for money in service delivery
  • Work closely with operational teams to identify and mitigate commercial risks
  • Support procurement activities and subcontractor management
  • Produce timely and accurate commercial reports

Qualifications & Experience – Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within Facilities Management or Building Services
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Full UK driving licence required
