Working with a growing Fire & Security company who are on the lookout for a Fire Alarm Engineer to join their team and work across the Southeast region.
Key Responsibilities β Fire Alarm Engineer
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate existing fire safety measures and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with contractors and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of fire safety systems within building designs.
- Utilise both electrical and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues with fire protection systems.
- Perform inspections and tests on installed systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system designs, modifications, and maintenance activities.
- Install, maintain, and repair fire alarm systems.
Qualifications & Experience β Fire Alarm Engineer
- Fire alarm experience.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to learning new technologies and methods in fire engineering.
- Driving license.
