Role Overview:
Join a market-leading engineering solutions provider as a Project Engineer, taking full ownership of bespoke capital equipment projects - from order through to installation and handover. Based in Banbury, with regular UK travel, this role offers technical variety, autonomy, and cross-functional leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver multiple engineering projects across design, procurement, manufacture, installation, and commissioning
- Lead internal teams and coordinate departments to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
- Prepare and maintain all necessary project documentation, including risk assessments, schedules, and reports
- Manage commercial aspects of projects, including cost control and handling project variations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all project activities and planning
Requirements:
- HNC/HND or higher in Mechanical, Design, or General Engineering
- Extensive project management experience within engineering or capital equipment environments
- Strong understanding of health and safety protocols (NEBOSH or equivalent essential)
- Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe
- Full UK driving licence and valid passport
Desirable:
