An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and proactive Electrical Bias Maintenance Technician to join a growing in-house Maintenance Team. This role is ideal for an experienced Maintenance Technician who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is looking to contribute to continuous improvement while supporting both reactive and planned maintenance across the site. Working Monday to Friday on a rotating two-shift pattern, the Maintenance Technician will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and repair plant and equipment used in the manufacture of tubular components and assemblies
  • Carry out both reactive and planned maintenance across the site in a safe and timely manner
  • Maintain and repair industrial drives and control systems including CNC and PLC equipment
  • Support maintenance across a wide range of traditional and high-tech machinery
  • Work independently or collaboratively within a multi-skilled engineering team

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Relevant qualification such as BTEC NVQ Level 3 HNC HND or equivalent international qualification
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across multiple areas of maintenance
  • Experience working with CNC PLC systems and industrial control equipment
  • Flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
