Job Type: Permanent

Location: Derbyshire

Reward: £50k - £52k target per year + OTE £53K+ comfortable 38-hour week.

Our client is a large Global manufacturer with a global footprint. It is an established site with an established high-performing engineering team. Staff retention is excellent. Training, development, and support are provided on a manufacturing site. You will help the site make high-quality processed products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing effective and efficient planned, preventative and breakdown maintenance to minimise losses to production.
  • Leading electrical and instrumentation repair, and working with a CMMS.
  • Diagnosis, resolution, and elimination of root causes of electrical engineering faults.
  • Design, trial, and implementation of minor equipment modifications in support of increased performance.
  • Completion of all scheduled, planned corrective, reactive and improvement maintenance as allocated.
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of allocated annual equipment overhauls.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Apprentice trained or NVQ level 3 in an electrical engineering discipline in maintenance engineering.
  • Manufacturing Industry experience.
  • PLC experience preferred.
  • A proactive approach to fault finding, a commitment to continuous improvement and personal development.
