Electrical Controls Engineer
Lead or join a leading manufacturer of bespoke automated machinery as an Electrical Controls Design Engineer, powering cutting‑edge automated systems used by major brands worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Develop equipment concepts, schemes, and detailed designs (GA drawings, BOMs, panel layouts)
Produce PLC, HMI, servo, and robot code (Rockwell RSLogix & Siemens essential)
Test and commission electrical/control systems
Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
Support worldwide customer sites – installation, commissioning, troubleshooting
Ensure compliance with H&S, ISO, and CE Marking standards
Experience & Qualifications
BSc or equivalent in relevant engineering discipline
5+ years electrical design experience (packaging/automation preferred)
2+ years in a similar controls design role
Strong AutoCAD Electrical proficiency
Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and project management skills
Full driving licence & passport – willing to travel globally
