Job Title: Technical Operations Manager / FM Account Manager Location: Nationwide Travel Required Pay Range/details: £45,000 to £55,000 DOE + Benefits Contract Type: Permanent Omega are supporting a growing facilities management and building services provider in their search for an experienced Technical Operations Manager / FM Account Manager. The successful candidate will take ownership of a portfolio of nationwide FM accounts with a combined annual revenue of approximately £2 million. This is a client-facing role focused on account management, operational delivery, compliance, and business growth. You will work closely with client-side Facilities Managers, oversee PPM and reactive maintenance performance, conduct audits, and manage engineering teams to ensure high levels of service delivery across a diverse range of sites including schools, commercial offices, industrial warehouses and retail environments. Key Responsibilities - Technical Operations Manager / FM Account Manager Manage a portfolio of FM contracts with responsibility for operational delivery, client satisfaction and commercial performance.
