Omega are delighted to be supporting a leading aerospace manufacturing organisation in the recruitment of a Planning Manager. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving planning performance across a complex manufacturing operation. Working closely with Operations, Supply Chain and senior stakeholders, you'll ensure customer demand, production capacity and material availability are aligned to deliver outstanding service and operational performance.
Main Duties:
- Lead and develop the Planning team
- Drive schedule adherence and delivery performance
- Support S&OP and wider planning activities
- Identify risks, constraints and recovery actions
- Drive continuous improvement across planning processes and systems
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a Planning Manager, Master Scheduler or Production Planning role
- Strong manufacturing planning background
- Experience managing production schedules, capacity and inventory
