Health and Safety Manager required by a growing provider of technical services to work between sites in Blackburn and Castleford and also on site with clients. The successful Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for driving high standards, ensuring compliance, and strengthening safety culture across engineering and project delivery teams.
Main Duties:
- Provide health and safety leadership across multiple sites.
- Writing risk assessments and method statements and approving construction phase plans.
- Lead incident response, investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintaining policies and procedures to maintain compliance to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
- Delivering health and safety inductions and training.
Requirements:
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
- A background in a similar role ideally gained in a construction, facilities management or engineering environment.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to meet the needs of the business.
