We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing client accounts, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth while maintaining strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Assist in the development and maintenance of strong relationships with current and prospective clients. Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies. Prepare sales presentations and assist in delivering them to clients. Support the sales team in achieving individual and group sales targets.
- Account Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Monitor account performance and prepare reports on key metrics. Assist in the renewal processes for existing contracts.
