Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and support applications used within a live manufacturing environment.
  • Own the full application lifecycle: requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day factory system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimisation of manufacturing systems and applications.
  • Manage and prioritise incidents, ensuring critical issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Collaborate with wider infrastructure and IT teams to ensure system stability and scalability.
  • Build strong relationships with internal users, delivering a high standard of customer support.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Experience in software development (e.g. C#, .NET, or similar technologies).
