Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support applications used within a live manufacturing environment.
- Own the full application lifecycle: requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day factory system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimisation of manufacturing systems and applications.
- Manage and prioritise incidents, ensuring critical issues are resolved efficiently.
- Collaborate with wider infrastructure and IT teams to ensure system stability and scalability.
- Build strong relationships with internal users, delivering a high standard of customer support.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience in software development (e.g. C#, .NET, or similar technologies).
