We are seeking a driven and technically capable Sales & Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This is a hybrid role combining customer-facing technical sales with hands-on manufacturing engineering. You will be responsible for developing customer relationships, generating new business, and delivering end-to-end manufacturing solutions—from initial enquiry through to production. This role requires strong knowledge of precision machining, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate customer requirements into efficient, high-quality manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to develop tailored manufacturing solutions
  • Manage and grow key accounts while identifying new business opportunities
  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and support customer tenders
  • Lead projects from enquiry through to production and successful delivery
  • Develop manufacturing methods, process plans, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Ability to generate CNC programs (Milling, Turning, EDM) using CAM software
  • Ability to produce CAD drawings and design jigs/fixtures (HyperMILL)
  • Ensure smooth transition of new projects into production
  • Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
