Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader Location: OX25 1PZ Pay Range/details: Β£12.62 per hour Contract Type: Temporary Omega, working in co-operation with DHL, has an excellent opportunity for experienced Warehouse Team Leaders to join their company based at HMP Bullingdon. Key Responsibilities β Warehouse Team Leader To manage the day-to-day operations with groups of prisoners To comply with HMP processes with regards to management and recording of prisoner\’s activity To ensure that all KPIs and production requirements are achieved and exceeded To ensure H&S compliance To reconcile stock levels within warehouse Manage the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders Maintain training and induction packs for all staff members Qualifications & Requirements β Warehouse Team Leader Ability to work in a prison environment Minimum 2 years\’ experience within a supply chain environment Good understanding of operational processes Able to communicate at all levels Can demonstrate the ability to manage time efficiently and effectively If successful, candidates will be required to provide information to complete an Enhanced Level 1 Security Clearance vetting check.
