Position: CNC Setter
Location: Tewkesbury
Type of work: Permanent
Salary: £36,000 to £38,500 per annum
Working hours: 7:45 - 4:45pm Mon – Thurs and 7:45 – 12:45pm Fri

We are now seeking a CNC Milling setter to work for an Engineering & Manufacturing company based in Tewkesbury. The appropriate candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating the CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls to manufacture precision engineering products.
Responsibilities:
- Setting and operating CNC 3 & 4 axis Milling machines with Fanuc controls
- Set and operate a variety of vertical and horizontal machining centres, including Doosan, Hitachi, Mitsubishi and Matsura
- Working on technical engineering drawings
- Working with aluminium and stainless steel
- Ability to use measuring tools
- Ensuring excellent quality through the inspection of parts using measuring equipment such as gauges, verniers and micrometres
Requirement:
- Ideally, previous experience in setting and operating CNC Milling machines with Fanuc controls
- Ability to change tools and adjust offsets
- Ability to use measuring tools
