This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and data-entry skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting where accuracy and customer service are key. Main Duties - Customer Service Administrator Processing and acknowledging customer repair orders accurately and efficiently. Reviewing customer orders and contracts, ensuring that all requirements are correctly captured. Verifying and applying export control requirements where applicable. Maintaining customer-specific order information and documentation. Supporting the setup of new customer accounts in collaboration with the Finance team. Providing updates on repair orders and work-in-progress. Ensuring that all customer and repair records are maintained to a high standard of accuracy.
