My client is a global leader within the automation and packing industry who offer end to end manufacturing solutions to their clients. They are now on the lookout for a Technical Sales Administrator to join their team based in Swindon.
Key Responsibilities:
- To create machine configurations, and quotations for our sales team from a specification brief.
- To manage the sales and rental transaction processes for the supply and sale of machines, retrofits and tooling to our customers.
- To manage the purchase transaction processes for the supply of machinery and equipment, from our supplier base.
- To work with the product management team(s) to manage and control stock movements.
- To support the sales team through timely preparation of quotations and machine solutions.
- To be responsible for the full quotes they generate.
- To be responsible for all aspects of the orders they create including the purchase, delivery and invoice processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- To be proficient in the use of our C4C system.
- To be an excellent administrator, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
- To be an expert in the use of SECON and SAP for quotes and sales order processing.
- To have good technical expertise of the product range and packaging industry.
On Offer:
- £33K
- 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break).
- 25 days holiday + bank holiday.
- BUPA Private health cover.
- Double matched pension of up to 16% employer contribution (If you pay in 8%, they will pay in 16%, making total contribution 24%).
