Process Technician is a hands-on technical professional responsible for monitoring, operating, troubleshooting and improving manufacturing/production processes to ensure efficiency, safety and product quality.

  • New tool installations
  • Commissioning of equipment
  • Developing and training processing standard parameters
  • Improving process performance by achieving and maintaining optimum production efficiencies.
  • Quality / SPC set up and process monitoring
  • To work with setting department to ensure Installation & start-up of moulds in accordance with all good practices and to hand to production in optimum performance status.

Minimum 3 years' experience within an Injection Moulding environment.

Good knowledge of modern injection moulding machinery, robotics, tooling, finishing equipment, printing, assembling.

Good knowledge of different plastic materials.

Ideally served a recognised Engineering or Processing apprenticeship or Injection moulding qualification equivalent to IMT 3 or above.
