Location: Harshfield, Gloucestershire
Hours: 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday, total of 37.5 hours
Hourly rate: £15.00 per hour
Type of work: fixed term 12-month contract
We are now seeking to recruit a Store person to work for a busy engineering warehouse based in Harshfield, Gloucestershire. The appropriate candidate would support the warehouse team with goods in and out.
Responsibilities:
- Picking customer orders, packing items securely, and labelling packages for shipping.
- Organizing stock, placing items in correct locations.
- Good in and goods out.
- Check for damaged or missing items.
- Store goods appropriately.
- Carry out stock counts as and when required.
- Keep paperwork up to date.
Requirements:
- Ability to work 7:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday.
- Previous stores/warehouse experience.
- Counterbalance license is desirable.
- Ability to accurately complete paperwork and count stock items.
- An understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Flexible approach to duties and tasks.
