Job Role: Site Industrial / Commercial Electrician Job Type: Permanent Job Reward: £40 - £43k Bonus , overtime and Package Job Hours: Days, Monday to Friday, 8 hours regular Company: Global Manufacturing, Process and Packaging Company Job Function: Site facilities management, site estates and buildings services Job Location: Stonehouse Our client is looking for a proactive and skilled Site Industrial / Commercial Electrician to play a key role in maintaining the reliability and performance of site services and infrastructure. This position is responsible for ensuring all plant, utilities, and building systems are maintained to a high standard and remain fully compliant. The successful candidate will respond to breakdowns, carry out planned maintenance, and drive continuous improvements across the site, supporting efficient and uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities: Site Industrial / Commercial Electrician Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with BS 7671 standards. Perform inspection, testing, verification and produce accurate certification Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions Fault-finding on lighting circuits, sockets, and distribution boards Testing and inspection of electrical systems Maintenance of emergency lighting systems Basic plumbing repairs (leaks, taps, pipework) Monitoring hot and cold water systems Supporting Legionella compliance checks General repairs to walls, ceilings, and flooring Inspecting building condition and reporting issues Basic installation work (e.g. sockets, lighting upgrades, small electrical works) Supporting the operation of Boilers, compressors, cooling systems/chillers, monitoring pressures, temperatures, and alarms Role Requirements: Site Industrial / Commercial Electrician PC literate; able to use electronic systems Recognised electrical qualification NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services / Installation Level 2/3 Inspection & Testing (e.g., C&G 2391) 18th Edition Wiring Regs PPM + reactive maintenance HVAC / building services/utilities preferred, not essential Permit to work / LOTO / contractor control High attention to detail Proactive, reliable, and safety?focused Effective communicator and team player Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks What's on Offer?
