Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + bonus + company car About Us We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a growing engineering company delivering innovative solutions across a number of industries including Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Medical and Energy.

The Role As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of key customer accounts.
Acting as the primary point of contact, you will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, identify new opportunities, and work closely with internal engineering, operations, and sales teams to deliver outstanding service and solutions.
Manage and develop relationships with existing customer accounts.
Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries, quotations, and project updates.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling engineering products and services.
Develop account plans to support customer growth and retention.
Work closely with engineering and operational teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales forecasts within the CRM system.
Achieve revenue, margin, and account growth targets.
Requirements: Previous experience in an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Business Development role.
Experience working within an engineering, manufacturing, technical, or industrial environment.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Full UK driving licence.
