This strategic procurement role will be responsible for developing and delivering category strategies, driving supplier performance, and supporting long-term supply chain optimisation initiatives. Category Manager Manage supplier relationships and drive continuous performance improvement. Lead commercial negotiations covering contracts, pricing, lead times, and service agreements. Optimise inventory performance across the procurement portfolio. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support supply chain and procurement transformation programmes. The ideal will be able to demonstrate the following Category Manager Proven experience in Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, or Procurement within a manufacturing or engineering or equivalent environment. Strong knowledge of PCBAs (Printed Circuit Board Assemblies). Strong commercial and negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable outcomes.
