Regional Service Engineer
UK £28,000 - £30,000 + OTE

Omega is working with a leading supplier of commercial lifting solutions in the retail, manufacturing, and distribution sectors, who are expanding its Field Service team due to growing demand. We are seeking a Regional Service Engineer to support installations across the Midlands area.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end technical support, service, and breakdown response.
- Deliver onsite technical assistance and servicing of lifts and other products.
- Train end users at an operator level.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Strong experience in field engineering roles, including installing and servicing bespoke lifts, integrated systems, and standard equipment.
- Knowledge of lift installations in specialist material environments (e.g., food, pharmaceuticals).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your service territory independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for excellent customer service.
- Regional coverage with some UK-wide travel as required.
