Rate: £36–38 per hour, Limited Company outside IR35

Job Type: Contract, 2 months ongoing initially, potential to extend

Rotating Shifts: Primarily Monday to Friday – 9-hour shifts rotating

The Opportunity: We’re recruiting for an experienced Contract Mechanical Bias Maintenance Engineer to provide hands-on mechanical maintenance support within a busy, automated production and packaging environment.   • Strong multi-skilled mechanical fault diagnosis
  • Experience with conveyors, motors, pneumatics, drives, sensors, presses, hoppers, silos & basic Electrical PLCs
  • Preventive maintenance
  • Quick turnaround repairs during high-volume peaks

You’ll play a key role in maintenance and fitting tasks, supporting production line maintenance and improvement projects while ensuring equipment uptime and performance.

Carry out maintenance of mechanical fittings to support production and maintenance activities.
