In this role, you will support the Sales organisation and its customers by identifying the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions. Acting as a key technical resource, you will prepare technical descriptions for products and technologies while providing expert guidance throughout the sales and delivery process. You'll join a collaborative, supportive team that values knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and real-world impact. Your work will directly contribute to solving customer challenges and delivering high-quality outcomes every day.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice and commentary on enquiry specifications for customers, sales channels, and Sales Engineers
- Support technical meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Perform analytical and diagnostic studies to determine the most suitable technical solutions for customer requirements
- Propose technically and commercially viable solutions for complex enquiries
- Deliver product and solution-related training to internal and external stakeholders
- Support managers with the preparation and validation of technical articles and documentation
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience within the Low Voltage Power Distribution industry
- Strong technical expertise in: Power Circuit Breakers (ACBs, MCCBs), Switchgear including Switch Disconnectors, Switch Fuses, and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS)
- Degree or HNC in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated track record of delivering effective, customer-focused technical solutions
- Passionate about providing a first-class customer experience
- Confident communicator in English, both written and verbal
